Please read our Return Policy below before shipping back your merchandise. Findapoken.com offers a 10-day return guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a printed online receipt. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% or more restocking fee or refusal depending on the circumstance.

Items must be un-open and in original packaging. We will not issue a refund for merchandise that is returned more than 10 days after shipment. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the merchandise was damaged when you received it from us. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
Instructions for Returning Merchandise

2) When you receive the authorization: Please pack your item's, be sure to enclose your full name, your order number and/or receipt with a note explaining why you are returning the item(s), and mail the package to:

3) Please allow up to 4 weeks for return credits to be processed after we receive the item's.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We advise you to send your package via UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail, obtain insurance and if needed, and a tracking number. If you have questions about your return, please contact our Customer Service Department.
